Roblox Spin Site with Trading Bot

Project Description:
I am looking for a full-stack developer (or a team) to build a custom website similar to bloxyspin.org. The site should include a connected Roblox trade bot, automatic item price synchronization, and a 10% tax system for each game.
What I Need:
1. Website Features:
Login system using Roblox OAuth or username
Game modes: Coinflip, Roulette, Jackpot (virtual items only, no real currency)
Deposit and withdrawal system through a Roblox trade bot
User dashboard showing current inventory and balance
2. Item Value Synchronization (Important):
Item values must be pulled from: https://petsimulatorvalues.com/values.php?category=all
Values should be automatically fetched and updated regularly (via API or scraping if no API is available)
These values will be used to calculate inventory totals, game entries, and tax calculations
3. Roblox Trade Bot Integration:
Bot must accept trades from users and credit the received items to their account on the site
On withdrawal, the bot should send items back to the user
Store and manage item data (name, ID, and current value from petsimulatorvalues.com)
The bot should use secure authentication and avoid any risk of Roblox bans
4. 10% Tax System:
On each game round, 10% of the total pot should be automatically taken as tax
Example: If two users bet 50b each (100b total), 10b is taxed, and the winner receives 90b worth of items
Taxed items should be moved to a separate inventory accessible by the admin
5. Admin Panel (Optional but Preferred):
Admin dashboard to view and manage users, active or finished games, and taxed items
Manual controls for adjusting user balances, resolving trades, or banning accounts

Frontend: React, Vue, or plain HTML/CSS with Tailwind
