The build has to run on both iOS and Android from a single codebase, so feel free to choose React Native, Flutter or any comparable stack that speeds up delivery.
Core experience to demonstrate:
• Ride Booking – pick-up and drop-off selection, fare estimate, real-time driver status.
• Driver Registration – document upload, profile review and activation process.
• In-App Payment – a mocked or sandbox gateway that can authorise and return success/failure states.
A separate interface for drivers and passengers is essential. Riders see a clean booking screen and live trip progress; drivers get incoming request alerts, navigation hand-off and earnings summary. Basic real-time location sharing and a straightforward matching logic will prove the concept; sophisticated surge or pooling can be stubbed for now.
Deliverables
• Full source code with setup notes for both platforms
• Installable builds (APK plus TestFlight/IPA) ready for hands-on testing
• Brief technical hand-off outlining architecture and next-step recommendations
The aim is a functional, clickable demo rather than a store-ready release, so speed and clarity in execution matter most.
