Rewrite Ruby on Rails Project To Laravel

We need to rewrite the whole code base from Ruby on Rails To Laravel.
The code base is an open-source project, which you can find here https://github.com/postalserver/postal
This requires good knowledge of both Ruby on Rails and Laravel.
The requirements are to create a fresh Laravel project using Inertia.js as frontend and port the Ruby on Rails project to it.
After researching, all the functions of the original project are portable and able to be rewritten in Laravel.
