Rework the web app of DZ calculator (app 1) to have the functionality of the web app of cardiovascular risck calculator (app 2)

To calculate the risk of one person to get the diabetes disease. I want some features of app 2 to be transfered to app 1 : a) functionaly editable textarea side by sliders values of caracteristics, that if are modified also update de sliders in real time.
b) terms and conditions and disclamers put in place from app2 to app 1 .
c) logo placeholder with the image logo .
