Restyling website

Hello, I need the restyling of a web portal made with wordpress, the address is https://www.wikiweb.it
This is a free portal in which there are Italian companies, The site must be created with wordpress, an existing theme can be used, in the current site there are 2853 companies inserted that must be exported and imported into the new site.
The site has only 2 functions:
- Add a company (free or paid)
- View companies
The site obviously must have a back-end from which company owners can make changes, the design must remain as similar as possible to the current site.
I will provide the FTP, wordpress and DB logins of the current site.
