Restore Website from cPanel

I was editing some of my website's files through cPanel, and I think I accidentally deleted a file or folder because my website now says the following error:
The theme directory "flexible-pro" does not exist.
ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.
I need someone to be able to find the problem, and restore the website to how it was about an hour ago.
