Restore Website from Backup -- 2

Our website (andersonchapel.org) is currently down due to an expired hosting subscription. We've renewed the hosting and now will like to restore the website from a backup file in Google Drive. We need a professional with experience in web servers to help us migrate the backup file to the new hosting server and restore the website.
