Restore A Live Football Data and Reporting Site

I need an experienced developer to restore my custom-built WordPress website to its original format, style and functionality.
Using data from football-api.com
NOTE**database completely lost from the original site**but do have original files.

Requirements:
Setup API
- Display all European and English football leagues with live-updated:
- Fixtures
- Results
- Standings
All Club Page
All League pages
User Sign Up, profile page
Live report page
- Ensure data is dislayed in the original format of my old site
All data updated automatically, no page refresh

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in WordPress backend and plugin development
- Strong database management
PROVEN ability setting up sports api's, using sportspress plugin, or ANwp.pro plugin (premium)
Setting up Endpoints, ID's, Shortcodes. Widgets
