Restore Email Login with 2FA

I'm looking to re-enable email-based login for our app. This was previously disabled due to user preference.

Requirements:
- Re-enable email-based login
- Implement two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
- Use SMS for OTP delivery

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in app security
- Experience with implementing 2FA
- Familiarity with SMS OTP delivery systems
- Proficient in handling user authentication processes
