I need a web application to conduct a multiple-choice survey for restaurant staff. The survey should be anonymous.

Objective:
Create a section on the company website to collect operational improvement ideas from restaurant staff, with subscription and reward features.

Features Required:

1. Landing Page:
- Brief introduction about the purpose of the project.
- Benefits of participating.
- Button to "Start Submitting Your Idea".

2. Idea Submission Form:
- Full Name
- Position in the restaurant
- Restaurant Branch
- Email
- Phone number
- Description of the idea
- How this idea can improve work
- Optional file upload (PDF, image, etc.)

3. Subscription Section (After Form Submission):
- Prompt user to pay a small verification fee (via payment gateway like Stripe or PayPal).
- Secure checkout.

4. Confirmation Page:
- Message confirming successful participation.
- Notification about eligibility to win $1,000 if the idea is selected.

5. Admin Dashboard:
- View all submitted ideas.
- Filter by role, location, or idea type.
- Payment status check.
- Export data.

6. Notifications:
- Email notification to admin upon new submission.
