Rest Api Creation for a Payment Gateway (Other payment gateway api are already there, just need to repeat the same for Phone Pe) It is not Integration, Just creating rest API's

I am looking for a freelancer who can create REST API's for a payment gateway. The project involves creating REST API's specifically for the Phone Pe payment gateway.
We have already done the integration process, added controllers and everything we just need to create api's. Only this has to be done :
1. Need to create same as other payment methods ( creating order id, refer to other method implementation)
2. Need to verify status of phonepe payment is successful or not (refer to the phonepe docs and similar to other implementation)
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in working with REST API's
- Proficiency in PHP programming language
- Familiarity with the Phone Pe payment gateway API documentation
