Responsive layout / mobile layout Laravel website

We have an Laravel website. We need a pro developer who fix and set the proper layout of the mobile devices following industry standards and responsive layout / mobile options. We have a figma file of the home page so it can be clearly visible the layout.
We will provide the full step by step description to the providers. The person who want to work on this project need to start asap and work above and beyond that this is done in 1-2 days fully and properly.
