Responsive Quiz Web App Development

I'm looking to build a simple, responsive web app for quizzes.

Key features:
- Multiple choice questions creation
- Admin panel for quiz management
- User authentication via email/password, guest access allowed
- Progress summary for registered users (total answered, % correct)
- YouTube video explanation for answers after submission (shown at the bottom of the screen)

Ideal skills and experience:
