Responsive Membership Rank Website

I need a freelancer to build a membership rankings website which features:

- A leaderboard: It should display ranks category-wise, offering users the ability to filter and view ranks within different topics of interest.
- User profiles: These profiles should clearly show the user's ranking (a Main rank and 7 sub rankings) and also capture and display their sales history.

This website allows members that rate transactions they have in the TCG space and gain rank as they transact and trade cards with each other.

The website should be user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive. I’m looking for a developer with proven experience in designing and implementing such features.
