Resolve Mailwizz Error 503

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me resolve the Mailwizz Error 503 that I am currently experiencing. The specific error message I am receiving is "Error 503 Application currently offline. Try again later!"

So far, I have already restarted the server in an attempt to resolve the error.

I am not using any third-party plugins or integrations with Mailwizz.
