Resolve Mailjet Wordpress SMTP Issues

I am currently experiencing issues with my SMTP setup on my WordPress site. I am utilizing Mailjet as my email service provider and have it set up on AWS lightsail. However, despite this, my emails are not sending as they should. This issue extends to all types of emails, not just confirmations or newsletter correspondence.
I do use SMTP plugins on my website, so it's possible there may be a conflict or a setting that needs adjustment. Here is what I'm looking for in a freelancer to help address my problem:
- Experience with Mailjet SMTP setup and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in WordPress, preferably with experience handling plugins
- Familiarity with AWS Lightsail platform
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in regards to email sending issues
