Required full time individual PHP developer

I had required a PHP developer for the development project. i will pay according to the work. long term experience should be more then three or four years, skill should be on core, ci, Laravel and good knowledge in db. I need full time freelancer its mean person should not to be job on any other place for corporate company and he should fully responsive on phone call.
