Required OpenCart Developer

I need Opencart for an experienced developer who can apply a fresh look to my existing website and also do some other tasks also. These tasks are :

1. At the top after menu Category masonry block controlled from Admin
2. Product slider - could be multiple block 3. Instagram feed - it will be customize as per design
4. Product customer Review
5. Customize Category Blocks in Home page
6. Header like made.com for entire website
7. Footer like made.com for entier website
8. Website optimization and speed up
