Reprogramming an API Shopify-ERP

We have a shopify eshop and a cloud based ERP with rest full API.We hired someone to write the code to connect both.Yes it works with some issues and basically we have to improve his work from somebody else.Available documentation of the previous work exist(in german) .Changes must be finished in one week.Only people who knows with PHP and API.
