Replicate website to Wordpress

We want to replicate a website (both desktop/mobile) and add more add-ons. Website: www.ecoparcel.eu
It's a selling service of couriers transport based on From - To and Weight.
- Customer must be able to select a country for "From" the goods will be collected and "To" where the box will be dispatched, and based in weight. (check website for a demonstration)
- We need to show this couriers with information and the possibility to add extra services like "extra insurance".
- We need to add: Facebook, PayPal and Google fast Login (importing as information as possible to avoid customer to fill more at checkout)
- Payments: Card and PayPal (with PayPal One touch)
- We will need and invoicing system for auto create invoices to customer based in their information and their country VAT, with weekly and monthly export option for us, divided by countries). (A list of customer payments, pay method, vat etc and total amount by country). WooCommerce for example.
- A Tracking page for customers to track their parcels.
- A Ticket support system for customers to contact and manage support with us
- Website fast in google speed and Gtmtrix.
