Replicate and Develop Application Features In OOP PHP -- 2

We require replicating application features. We have a very large lists. A PHP expert who is good in backend and frontend with html, css, mysql, jquery ajax, knows clean coding, honest and positive attitude, attentive to details highly recommended. This can be a long term relationship if first project turns out good. Payment will be based on each project feature developments.
What you will have to do?
1. Everytime we will give you project detail in google doc which require to duplicate and you do the job according to that details.
2. You will follow a clean secure coding and well structure system base folders and database. We will do code penetration test of this application after development for security check.
3. You can use CSS framework either: bootstrap / tailwindcss.
4. We do not plan to use any php framework. So it has to be in CRUD Vanilla PHP OOP. Data access in DB needs through PDO support.
5. All actions and page interactions needs to be made using Ajax Jquery, so no page reload.
6. Payment system we need support: paypal checkout, paddle, stripes. Use php omni pay library.
7. All coding either needs to be opensource or customly made functions by you.
8. No use of composers / npm packages. You can use any supportive php library support.
9. Project which you will do will be owned and licensed by us [CreativeDev Studio], any sharing / redistribution of this applications without client [us] permission is strictly forbidden.

It will contain everything in Editor system. Selecting demo template, providing predefined data on editor, editing selected template saving edited data, submitting / signing up through payment with pricing table.
We do not require any other pages or features EXCEPT these 3
1. Full editor system.
2. Pricing table after Editor system.
3. Sign up page with omni library payment. [Paypal, Paddle, Stripe]
