Repair / Rebuild WordPress Site

Project Description:
I am looking for a freelancer to repair and rebuild a broken WordPress site. I am getting a "503 Error - Service Unavailable" after attempting an update to the latest version of WordPress. In addition, prior to this problem, the site was experiencing design/layout issues. It needs to be rebuilt in the same design as it was previously (viewable on web.archive.org.) The site uses the X theme and is hosted on Hostgator.com.
Specific requirements:
- Fix 503 error
- Resolve design/layout issues on the WordPress site
Design preferences:
- Replicate the look of the site 6 months to a year ago, before it began to have problems.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in WordPress development
- Good understanding of web design and layout
- Familiarity with X theme
