Hello i am assessing my options currently on how to develop this website, that is why you can see another project opened with the same specs.
I am looking for a freelancer to customize the Rentify car rental solution to meet our specific business requirements. The project involves adapting both the UI and backend processes of the existing Rentify system. Key customizations include modifications to user, vendor, and admin workflows, particularly around booking and payment processes.

UI/UX Customization:
Adapt the current Rentify UI to align with our branding and context.
Modify layouts on both mobile and web interfaces as needed.
User Module Enhancements:
Customize user registration to include additional fields and document uploads (e.g., driving license, ID/passport).
Implement an approval process for new user registrations before booking is enabled.
Booking & Payment Workflow:
Modify the booking process to capture additional details (e.g., delivery location, booking time, driving license number).
Customize payment functionality to process a 10% deposit initially, with the balance due at pickup.
Develop automated email triggers listing owner payment options upon deposit confirmation.
Dashboard Customization:
Ensure separate dashboards for vendors (car owners) and admins.
Enhance vendor dashboard to include fleet management, subscription package details, and booking history.
Expand admin dashboard to include user/owner validation, fleet approval, comprehensive booking oversight, and detailed reporting.

The freelancer should be experienced in customizing pre-built systems and integrating new functionalities while ensuring smooth UI/UX transitions.
Open communication is expected to clarify requirements and adjust scope if needed within the stated budget and timeline.
