Rental shop Managing Application

I am looking for a programmer to develop a rental shop managing application for me. It must have a feature for tracking rentals, however I do not need a payment system incorporated in the application. Additionally, I do not require a mobile app version. The application should include an inventory management feature, as well as a customer management feature.
