Rental Software for Invoicing for Receipting, as well private mobile app to operate it from

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a rental software that will primarily focus on invoicing and receipting. The software should be able to generate invoices and receipts for rental transactions.
I am currently using Google Sheets for this task, but it is becoming time consuming and tedious as the business expands, I have attached an example of a statement.
Key requirements:
- The software should have a user-friendly interface and be easy to navigate.
- It should have a database to store customer information, rental details, and financial records, along with running balances.
- It should be able to distinguish between various properties, with multiple tenants in each and customizable statements, as each property is owned by a different entity and therefore different logos, etc.
- The software should be able to generate financial reports, and statements.
- The software should be able to automate monthly billing items, and should remain fully editable by admins.
In addition to the rental software, I would also like to have a private mobile app that can be used to operate the software remotely. The app should be compatible with Android devices.
Key features for the mobile app:
- Ability to access and manage rental transactions on the go.
- Real-time updates.
- Integration with the rental software for seamless data synchronization.
I would prefer to receive project updates via email, as it is the most convenient method for me.
