Rental Property Clone

I need a Netflix-style site built using the Th3Wall Fakeflix codebase from GitHub.

Requirements:
- User profiles and authentication
- Video streaming player to display homes, like movies
- Recommendation algorithm

Instead of movies, we'll be adding:
- Rental and properties for sale and articles

Articles will include:
- Market trends
- Property buying guides
- Local area information
- Mortgage calculator
- AI-researched articles targeting local buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in web development, especially with the Fakeflix codebase
- Experience with video streaming integration
- Knowledge of recommendation algorithms
- Strong background in creating and managing user authentication systems
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools
You will need to be able to scrape realestate data for each listing and create filters.
You will need to bolt on our Stripe payment for realestate agents to sign up and pay for a listing or to promote a rental property
