Renewal Notification & Data Inventory System for LIC Agent

Is there anyone, who can do the job, that as a LIC Agent its complicated to maintain all the data on manual basis( kept in a diary). To make easier to maintain the database of LIC Policy holder to an Agent and It will reflect on screen as a Notification that this week /next week/next month which policy member needs to pay the premium on specific date(last date to deposit).
