Remove add to cart button if customer has already purchased this product and show message

Remove the add to cart button for the specific user who has already purchased that product.
I want to sell digital products and only allow one purchase for each product, so I want to disable the add to cart for the user who already purchased that product.
I also want a message to appear: "You have already purchased this product"
