Remove Two Factor Authentication from my accounts

Hi,

I need your help to remove the two factor authentication feature from my compan'ys accounts. I've forgotten to add another recovery method (beside mobile authentication which I can't access from my phone for some reason)

Please, find attached of the options I get when I try to recover my account or authenticate my login.
