Remotely configure local web server to serve MySQL data with PHP script.

I need someone to remotely fix a mini Mac installation. It was recently upgraded to Big Sur. It has PHP installed (command line scripts are fine). It has MySQL installed OK. It has a working local web server running but it will NOT serve PHP embedded in html pages.
I need someone to remotely fix an iMac. It was recently wiped and High Sierra re-installed. (Since the mini Mac doesn't work OK I kept it as High Sierra). Now local web server runs the embedded PHP scripts OK. BUT MySQL is not installed correctly. mysqld not working and Missing MySQL Preference Pane.
I would love both machines to work again. I have tried to fix both myself without any success.
I think the mini Mac just needs a minor change to get it serving embedded PHP.
The iMac probably needs the MySQL removed and re-installed correctly.
