Remote Payroll Management Solution Needed -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We require between 5 and 10 staff (Techs hereafter) to submit weekly time sheets and ideally would like to use Google Docs (but we are also open to suggestions) for these reasons:
• Easy for Techs who work remotely to access
• We can design excel template for the timesheets which can then easily be cut and pasted into Xero (our accounting package which also does our payroll).
• The documents are live
However, we are unsure as to whether Google Docs will allow us to do the following:
• Have 1 x Google Doc with individual tabs which can be quarantined/separated so that Techs can only view their own (and not other Techs) time sheets/tabs?
• Allow 2 x payroll staff working at separate locations to edit the time sheets (individual tabs?) submitted by Techs and also make comments that are visible to payroll staff only and not to Techs.
Please advise if you think you can assist and set up something for us with an excel template that we can supply? Please give us an quote for your costs and any other requirements?
