Rejuvanate and connect CRM and Wordpress plugin, to new Wordpress site.

In the first instance I should explain the whole situation, so basically what I am looking for here is a resolution to the problem we have. We are open to suggestions, so just looking for a sensible option to get this done to the client's specifications. Please read the following before sending any offers.
I have a CRM built on a WordPress installation that resides on one domain and connects to a real estate website hosted on another domain via a plugin. The plugin pulls out the properties from the real estate domain where the client can then match properties to clients in the CRM database.
The potential clients are entered manually into the system as they come in. This is now providing a problem as it is time-consuming, what we need is to get the leads entered into the CRM from the enquiries as they come in. We also use a few listing platforms (Right Move and Green Acres being the main ones, properties are fed using XML2U) and again would like these leads to be auto-entered.
The plugin in and CRM were built around 6 years ago and although it still works, however, it will only work on PHP version 7.4.33 so they both need the PHP code updating to conform with the latest version.
We have also redesigned the outdated website using the Realhomes theme so the properties no longer appear in the CRM. We need to update the CRM to pull the new property fields from the new theme.
However this setup throws up another problem, the website takes up over 40 GB on the server, and as the CRM pulls the properties into its system this also takes up another 40 GB, we have lots of photos and videos. So the idea is to merge the CRM onto the same domain as the website to use the same properties database and save disk space.
Looking into alternatives, I have found the perfect CRM (EGO real estate CRM), however, to use it we either need to rebuild the website on their system or connect to our WordPress site by API. Moving the site is not an option as we will lose a whole lot of work that has gone into the new site and we would have to make too many changes that would cause a drop in the searches, we are only just recovering from the rebuild we recently did.
I have already posted the API job and have had many offers, thanks to those who took the time to reply. So now I guess I am looking at the other option which would be to rebuild the custom CRM and plugin to use with the current site. As I say I am open to suggestions.
I would point out that anyone calling the office or contacting my client directly, as happened with the API job, will not only get a stream of abuse from him but also will not be considered for the work!
