Registration form with admin dashboard

Our current project is a website where users can apply to a set of projects by filling the form

The task is setting a Registration form with admin dashboard where admin can :
- Admin can Enable/Disable the Registration form
- Admin can bulk select all applications and mark them as completed to make the "New application" page empty and moving towards " Completed applications" page
- Admin can filter Application by Batch Number and Project name
- Admin can expert application table by excel
- Admin can view " completed Application" and filter them by Batch numbers and Project number by drop menus
- Admin can add the Projects (Dynamic Drop Menu)
- Batch numbers will be Generated automatically for example (11 - 2022)
- Admin can view generated batch numbers and activate one of them in setting
- Admin can delete / view / edit each application
- Amin dashboard need to be in two language

Note : that the form is fixed for all courses and it should be viewed in two languages (LTR/RTL) Arabic / English
