Registration Portal

I am looking to have a registration portal built that will cater to user registration. No existing user information needs to be imported, but it would need to include security features such as authentication for logins. The development should also include appropriate data validation and error handling, as well as complete user registration support - from filling up the form, to posting and storing the information. My ideal freelancer will have an excellent understanding of web development fundamentals, as well as experience with front and back end development, and be able to work with different technologies. It would help if they have experience working on similar projects before, but fresh applicants with relevant knowledge are also welcome to apply.
