I need create:
1 - Database Mysql;
2 - Registration page users;
3 - Paypal payment page. And allow access to the website only after confirming payment. I need the charge to be made every 30 days and save the card data in the database.
4 - Admin panel to check all users and payment status.
5 - I need creating user levels. Number 1 for me admin panel page, and 2 for users have access to the index.php, more page cancel account.
