Refine the code for a dashboard (PHP, Smarty)

We need a developer with experience in HostBill (PHP, Smarty templates) to refine the code for the UI redesign of the dashboard according to Figma template with adaptation for all device screens. Half of the job is already done by another developer who could not successfully finish the project because of the lack of experience with HostBill, so we will send the developments of the code we have.
