Refine the Opencart website from psd

We urgently need a programmer to finalize the site and solve n-th number of tasks.
I am waiting for feedback from specialists who really fumble well in opencart 2.3, almost nothing is solved in a template, everything has been hand-filed for a long time.
The primary tasks are to fasten a new design (already drawn, a little) with edits to the functionality, a small edit of the layout, editing the functionality of one module (not difficult). Then there are a lot of small tasks.
