Refactoring and rebuildin from php-v to php Laravel

I have a website with php general framework specifically php-v with mysql Database. I want to rebuild the website to php laravel for back-end And front-end. It is important the rebuilding is done in a clean way and great security. Also I expect after rebuilding the website to be deployed to production, I expect a period of support and maintenance after deploying the rebuild to fix issues and problems from the rebuild.
