Refactor an ERP with CodeIgniter

I created the prototype of an erp in php/javascript/ajax with a mysql database. It uses the bootstrap, dhtmlx and fpdf libraries. For commercial issues I must integrate it into a framework. I think Codigniter should be a good choice but I'm open to another framework. I am looking for a person able to recreate the structure of the ERP with the framework:
- Use CodeIgniter authentication
- Use existing dhtmlx menu or create another menu
- Recreate the pages with the existing design (CRUD)
- Use existing functions (eg for price calculation, etc...)
Then give me a short training so that I can continue to create new ERP functions.
The ERP is in French so knowledge of this language is an advantage.
