Redmine developer for installing plugins etc.

I need a freelancer (not full time, probably a few hours a week) to help us with ad-hoc tweaking of a redmine installation.
E.g. installing plugins, fixing bugs etc.

Might also be some work in regards to server and database management/koding.

Please post a few references + price per hour+ time-zone+availability (how many hours a month max you can work for us).
