Redis, WooCommerce and Server Expert

Please read this in full. We need a WooCommerce expert that can helps us figure out why we have mysql queries dead lock or go into sleeping when we use the Actions Scheduler plugin for Woo importing CSV product stock updates. We use Redis cache and believe it may be related to this or maybe wp-fastest-cache. So the person we hire needs to have good server side technical knowledge of all these things.

Also we need to know if there is a quicker way to import CSV, currently it takes hours to update 20k items.
