Redeveloping-Webbased document creation and file management

I am looking for a skilled developer to redevelop a web-based document creation and file management system. The project involves implementing specific features such as document templates and customization, version control and document history, as well as collaboration and sharing capabilities.

I have some technologies in mind for the redevelopment, but I am open to suggestions from the developer. The desired timeline for the project is 1-3 months.
