Redesign of my website / new WP-Theme

I'm seeking a developer and UX-Designer for the redesign of my website: IQudo.com.

Scope of work:
• 20 distinct pages (Two languages: German/English)
• Transferring existing pages from IQudo.com into the new website.
• E-commerce functionality
• Blogging plattform
Skills:
• CSS, PHP, jQuery, and Javascript
• Experience with WordPress, including setup, configuration, and customization
• Understanding of e-commerce solutions
• UX-Design skills
