Redesign of mobile Website backend (members) area

I am looking for someone to redesign our mobile website's backend (members) area. Must be built using PHP with MySql connectivity. We will provide all sample data to test with as well as detailed instructions with regard to the look and feel and the logistics with regard to interpretation of the database data. The members area will have user login, user profile updating (with photo uploads), extensive search of other members (with clickable results to individual profile pages) and most importantly, messaging between members. In total, there are approximately 8 pages/areas.
