Redesign a homepage -- 2

This project is merely to fine tune our website. We need to redesign our homepage by condensing the contents. All information on our homepage extends far too long. I'm thinking, it can be restructured so that there are skins, in the form of banners, in some parts where a user would click on Read more taking the user to the details. The banner would be an image with some text, Read more. The awarded Freelancer must be experienced in WordPress and possibly Beaver builder. We are using Beaver builder now and possibly we could use it or perhaps another app. In order to speed up the project, I'll arrange with the Freelancer times to be online so we can work together on the project in real time when it is called for.
