Redesign Existing Website, Front and Backend of Website/APP and CRM System, Stack, integrate Ai

The project is a booking platform similar to that of Airbnb and Booking.com
You must have designed a beautiful website and app with functions of Airbnb and booking.com. if you have never created this type of project then please do not message me.

I require a full stack developer to complete the project and make all the necessary design changes to the front end pages and backend. You must be able to develop but also have a web page designer with experience on your team.
Rewrite and improve existing code.
The website and app will need significant changes and additions to the stack.
The app is ready and just requires updating so it correlates to the front end.
Add to the booking system currently, the hotel booking system and requires long term lets also. We have created our own booking system in the backend, which will need to be updated.
A CRM system and sales board will also be required to monitor the performance of staff, users and sales.
The apps will need to be loaded onto Google and App platforms for distribution.
Only message if the project can be completed within the budget selected, I'm not interested in an additional quote then try and muscle quote triple the value of the budget.
The Project also requires the signature of an NDA from my company, requirements;
CEO Name, Company Address, Company Reg, Trading Name, Contact Number.
