I am looking for a freelancer that can create a new look and feel to an existing CodeIgnitor admin dashboard/backend for a flutter application.
Freelancer has to have knowledge of CodeIgnitor, MySQL, API editing, adding, etc.
Freelancer has to be open to discussion to avoid misunderstandings.
