Redeploy Laravel app with new redesign. -- 2

I need to redeploy an existing Laravel application that I own that's running currently on a server. I want to reuse the backend code from the current application in a new server with a redesign frontend. We can also use a new CMS if possible for the application such as Laravel OctoberCMS since it's more updated than the current CMS...
You must also implement modern search engine features such as:
- Fuzzy text search
- Reverse search
- Keywords
- Search term correction (did you mean)
