Reddit link crawler program

I am seeking a talented programmer to create a Reddit link crawler program.
1) The program will be to crawl through a specified subreddit and compile a list of all the product links that users have posted.
2) I will then upload a .csv file of products into the program.
3) The program will tell me which products on the list have already been posted, date, price, etc.
4) It must also have a way to specify the type of links that should be sought out, via price, keyword, retailer, etc.
