Recurring paypal payment membership option -- 2

I need clients to be able to pay for a membership with automatic reoccurring payments. Also need a cron job that if recurring payment fails the client needs to be deactivated.

Whilst payment is successful user payment id needs to be set to 1, when payment fails variable in mysql database must set to zero
